| In recent years,the development of electric vehicles in China has been increasing in a big growth stage.The development of lithium battery for electric vehicles lags behind that of electric vehicles.This has led to the rapid development of lithium battery equipment,and the demand for lithium battery separation equipment is also increasing.In this paper,18650 cylindrical lithium battery separator is studied.Based on the actual situation of lithium battery industry,the system of 18650 cylindrical lithium battery separator is desi is designed and the overall scheme design is given.PL is used as the control core,with motor and cylinder as the executive action components and touch screen as the overall structure of the man-machine interface.The whole sorting system process is discussed.According to the overall conception and design of the control system,all the devices in system are determined,including PLC controller,step controller,servo controller,speed-regulating motor controller,test instrument,code scanner,proximity sensor and so on.The main circuitare designed,such as test control circuit,servo motor control circuit and stepper motor control circuit and so on.Finally,the input and output points of PLC is determinede.The overall design scheme of the software part of the sparator is completed.In the design,the internal register is allocated and all parts of the system is designed,mainly including main program,the feeding program,extraction and group control design,test and control program design,sorting gripper control program design,alarm design,etc.The man-machine operation configuration interface is designed.After simulation debugging and on-line test,three kinds of lithium batteries have been tested,and the results are in accordance with the requirements. |
