SSince the beginning of the 21 st century,the development of the military industry has presented an exponential development.The development of military machinery and equipment tends to be complicated,modular and high-precision.In addition,armored vehicles usually work in the field of harsh environment,and the probability of failure increases.The development of equipment and the occurrence of faults will produce huge economic costs.Therefore,this paper proposes a state assessment and the type of fault identification method which is suitable for ensuring the safe and continuous operation of the fire control system.In this paper,Rough Set Theory(Rough Set Theory,RST)and DS Evidence Theory(Demspter Evidence Theory)are proposed based on data-driven information fusion technology,and a state evaluation model of fire control system is established to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method through examples and simulation.Firstly,the attribute reduction algorithm based on rough set theory and the basic credibility acquisition method based on evidence trust are proposed.For the rough set attribute reduction algorithm,the discernibility matrix attribute reduction algorithm is used to obtain the simplest index set and improve the work efficiency on the premise of keeping the core index to ensure the integrity of the information system.Based on the most simplified discrete decision table,and by analyzing the concepts of upper and lower approximation,basic credibility allocation and evidence theory,this paper puts forward the basic credibility acquisition method based on the evidence trust,so as to avoid the interference of human factors and obtain the objective basic credibility.Then,based on the analyzing and contrasting the of existing DS evidence theory synthesis rules and solving the lack of the conflict evidence problem,this paper proposes an improved DS evidence theory evidence fusion method,and then establishes the state evaluation model of the fire control system based on the improved DS evidence theory.After obtaining the mutual support degree of evidence,this method utilizes the conflict evidence scientifically and effectively and distributes the weight of the conflict evidence reasonably under the premise of ensuring the consistency and validity of the evidence,and obtains the improved evidence synthesis rule.Through comparative analysis,the improved evidence method can obtain the operating state level of fire control computer and the type of hidden trouble effectively and accurately.Thirdly,this paper establishes the state evaluation model of the power supply module of the fire control computer,verifies the information fusion technology of rough set theory and improved DS evidence theory can reduce the adverse impact of uncertainty and subjectivity on the evaluation of the operation state of the fire control system rapidly and effectively with examples.Finally,the simulation platform of state evaluation and fault diagnosis of fire control computer and sensor subsystem is established.This paper adopted the good human-computer interaction function VS2013 for development environment,and have good compatibility of advanced development language C #,choose the SQL Server 2012 database storage to collect the real-time data,and storage knowledge base which is based on expert experience real time,also I had developed a state run recognition system for real-time running state assessment and fault type recognition level of fire control system.
