| In recent years,the state has strongly supported the development of traditional vehicles to “intelligent”,“networked” and “electricization”,intelligent vehicles need to be “Look and Hear”,it’s not enough to rely on just one sensor’s data,multi-sensor fusion technology came into being.Based on the multi-sensor fusion technology,major domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers have developed more mature car-assisted driving systems,such as adaptive cruise,lane departure warning,anti-collision warning and automatic emergency braking.According to statistics,more and more middle and high vocational colleges have completed the construction of disciplinary systems for intelligent vehicles which are used to train technical service personnel of intelligent vehicles.To this end,this project designed and developed the intelligent vehicles assisted driving simulation test bench with reference to the existing intelligent vehicles assisted driving system.The simulation test bench is an indispensable part of the intelligent vehicles profession.It not only demonstrates the real-time working conditions of the intelligent vehicles assisted driving system and various sensors to students,but also enables students to participate in various training projects designed for teaching.When designing and developing the intelligent vehicle assisted driving simulation test bench,firstly,according to the expected function of the test bench and the feasibility of the design scheme to select and design the hardware part of the simulation test bench;Secondly,VS2010 and PLC software to be used develop and design the host computer and man-machine interface,solve the communication problem between the host computer and the auxiliary controller,so that it can complete the main functions such as function demonstration,parameter adjustment and real-time monitoring;The collected data of each sensor is subjected to decision-level fusion,and the fusion result can not only be visually displayed through the upper computer interface,but also provide a decision basis for the designed intelligent vehicle assisted driving system;Finally,manufacture the test bench and run it.Operate the upper computer interface to select the training items and set the parameters,and analyze the real-time data on the upper computer interface.The experimental results show that the intelligent vehicle assisted driving simulation test bench has a good running state,which can collect accurately relevant data of each sensor in real time and display it on the upper computer interface.The accurate communication between the host computer and the controller ensures that the test bench can simulate the sudden situation encountered by the intelligent vehicles when driving in a real scene,such as pedestrian crossing,emergency braking and the like.The research of this subject has practical application value for the teaching and practice of intelligent vehicles related majors. |
