Vibration and noise is an important index to evaluate the comfort and quality of an air condition product.Some air-conditioning manufacturer mainly use touch sensors to detect the vibration of the product,and rely on technicians to feel the maximum point of vibration to place sensors.And the factory vibration quality inspection method is to detect the vibration and noise of the air conditions by the senses of the inspector.Aiming at the bottleneck problem of air-conditioning vibration detection method for home appliance manufacturers,and according to the actual needs of enterprise engineering staff,build an air-conditioning six-dimensional vibration detection system for the air-conditioning.The system can detect the six-dimensional vibration of the key points on the shell of the air-conditioning.Firstly,this paper analyzes the vibration characteristics of the fan and compressor,and analyzes the vibration transfer path.And the vibration frequency generated by the two excitation sources is determined,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research and development of the system.Secondly,the paper introduces the functional requirements of the system and the detection system sensor.Analyzing the optical path and detection principle of laser Doppler vibration and laser displacement sensor.And selecting laser Doppler vibration,laser displacement sensors and acquisition cardsThen,it designs a six-dimensional vibration detecting method.The specific detection method is as follows:A single laser Doppler vibration and five laser displacement sensors simultaneously perform multi-azimuth vibration detection on a detection block which is attached to an outer casing of an air conditioner.It can simultaneously detect vibration signals in the x,y,and z directions of the detection point.At the same time,the vibration signals in all directions are coupled to obtain the amplitude of the torsion angle in the directions of ?x,?y and ?z at the detection point.The experimental results show that the six-dimensional vibration detection method proposed in this paper is feasible and can meet the needs of the vibration detection of the external air-conditioning machine.In addition,according to the requirements of the detecting system,it use LabVIEW and Matlab to build the software system.The software system consists of three modules,including parameter setting module,on-line analysis module and off-line analysis module.The software mainly has the following functions:on-line detection,off-line analysis,signal filtering,signal integral,signal differentiation and frequency component extraction of excitation source.Finally,the shell of the air condition machine is divided into several detection points,and the key detection points are screened out by using the cluster analysis method to classify the detection points.Then using the six dimensional vibration detection system of air-conditioning to detect the vibration of the key detection points,and according to the test results,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the vibration reduction method of the air-conditioning.
