The pipe valve used in gas belongs to the special pressure equipment under the control of the government.In construction of gas pipeline network,PE(Polyethylene)pipe valves have gradually replaced steel pipe products due to long life,corrosion resistance and flexibility.With the rapid increase in the construction of gas pipeline network,the risk of leakage and explosion is increasing year by year.It is imperative to build a smart gas network.Due to the particularity of PE material and pipe valve production process,steel intelligent valve technology is not suitable for intelligent transformation of PE valve.This article designs an intelligent measurement and control device and system based on PE valve(DN110).That can remotely control valve to open or close.It has the functions of parameter detection and data remote transmission,the parameters include internal pressure,temperature,and flow of the pipeline.It can also achieve sealing and prevent explosion.(1)After comparison,the electric method to drive valve was selected,including worm gear transmission,switching manual or electric with clutch,and overall sealing,which achieved the goal of miniaturization of the device,low energy,and keep sealing and prevent explosion.(2)Using electromagnetic induction power supply and wireless signal transmission technology to design long-life pressure and temperature detection module,external ultrasonic flow detection module.Design composite power with solar battery power and commercial power,MCU and communication module for internal and external information transmission.The above content forms a circuit hardware support for intelligent measurement and control system.(3)The design integrated battery voltage,motor current,valve angle.It can carry out both-way communication information,to realize valve condition monitoring and circuit module failure analysis.It can upload the temperature,pressure and flow parameters synchronously to the network control center,make it possible to manage the daily operation of the network,analyze leak and determination,and control of the valve remotely.(4)This article shows a scheme for intelligent gas network construction based on intelligent PE valve.
