| Turbine flowmeter is widely used in natural gas metering.With the continuous expansion of the application range and the increasingly complex usage environment of turbine flowmeter,there are higher requirements for its accuracy and service life.Hence,it is necessary to carry out research on durable experimental equipment and calibrating device.In this paper,a piece of durable experimental equipment is designed to realize the integration of high-pressure durability test and turbine flowmeter error detection under high-pressure environment based on the principle of the standard meter method,which is applicable to the turbine flowmeter manufacturers for high-pressure durability test and error detection.(1)According to the use requirements of the turbine flowmeter,the mechanical structure of the device is designed.(2)Refining the mathematical model of the device and performing fluid simulation analysis to obtain the temperature and velocity distribution cloud of the device.The results show that the design is reasonable.(3)A flow pulse acquisition circuit module based on C8051F single-chip microcomputer is designed to realize the real-time acquisition,storage,and transmission of flow signals.(4)Data acquisition module is used to collect and transmit temperature and pressure signals.The upper computer software is programmed to achieve the transmission of the data such as temperature,pressure and flow rate,which are also analyzed and monitored.(5)The mathematical model of the device is extracted and the fluid simulation analysis is carried out to obtain the temperature and velocity distribution cloud chart of the device.(6)The uncertainty of the device is evaluated according to the calculation model of the device,and the accuracy is satisfied.The results indicate that the design is reasonable.The device can be used for durability test and verification of turbine flowmeter with a flow rate less than400m~3/h,working pressure less than 3.2MPa and accuracy level 1.5 and below. |
