Vein imaging technology based on near-infrared has become a hot topic in recent years.Its application fields include security and medical treatment.The research direction of this paper is the research and design of venipuncture assistant tool(vein imaging instruments)in medical field.It has a good auxiliary effect for the medical staff who are inexperienced in venipuncture and the non-medical staff who need to perform venipuncture.The miniaturization of the vein imaging instruments and the salience of the projection image enhancement are the main objectives of this auxiliary tool to realize commercial use,so this goal was the main research goal of this paper.The following work was competed:? The principle of near-infrared vein imaging technology,the research significance and background in medical,and the development conditions both here and abroad were systematically introduced.In view of the above problems were proposed the overall design plan.? The selection and layout of light source and camera in venous image acquisition system were researched.The hardware motherboard of image processing and the optical machine module of image projection used in the system were analyzed.The miniaturizations of vein imaging instrument were realize by those hardware combinations.? The image enhancement algorithm was studied and verified by experiments.Firstly,the irrelevant data of vein image was reduced,that was,the effective region of vein image was extracted.Then,the direct and indirect image enhancement algorithms were analyzed on the basis of analyzing the image quality improvement algorithm of vein image in the effective region.Finally,different algorithm combinations were proposed by according to the image preprocessing algorithm and the image enhancement algorithm to analyze and compare the venous image processing effect and the time required for the algorithm to run.The appropriatecombination algorithm was selected,and the algorithm was transplanted to the hardware motherboard of image processing.On the basis of guaranteeing the real-time projection image,the combined algorithm of transplantation was optimized.The experimental results show that the optimized combination algorithm not only guarantees the real-time performance of image projection,but also has a remarkable effect on vein image enhancement.
