This dissertation is mainly for analysis on the efficiency and vibration of permanent magnet synchronous compressor motor(PMSCM).The PMSCM has characteristics of high efficiency,high torque density,large speed range,low volume and small weight.It is used in compressor industry more and more popular.But the vibration and noise caused by PMSCM has been a critical problem when variable speed compressor development.Actually,high efficiency and high power density are conflict with low vibration and low noise in PMSCM design.In order to develop a high efficiency and low vibration PMSCM during compressor development process,this paper will study from the following aspects:Firstly.the PMSCM basic structure is designed by electromagnetic analysis and optimization.The motor size,slot-pole combination and machinal structure are determined preliminarily after electromagnetic analytical design according to compressor technical requirements.The detail simulation model is created by ANSOFT Maxwell for motor's no-load and load parameter calculation,and then the motor structure is optimized for efficiency improvement.The prototype of optimized design scheme is built for performance testing,and the test result shows the prototype experimental result are highly consistent with the simulation result.Secondly,the analysis on vibration mode of PMSCM stator is proceeded.The PMSCM simulation modal is created by the software of AN SYS to calculate the stator natural frequencies and modes,the impact of oil slots and copper winding adding are analyzed.In this paper,hammering method is used for experiment of natural mode,the test result is consistent with the simulation.Finally,the electromagnetic vibration of PMSCM is analyzed.Based on the electromagnetic force theory,the radial electromagnetic force on stator tooth surface is calculated by the software of ANSOFT Maxwell.The stator and rotor structures are optimized to reduce electromagnetic force on radial direction,the differences of radial electromagnetic force distribution are compared.After that,prototypes are built to measure the vibration acceleration on motor outside diameter to verify the simulation.The experiment shows electromagnetic optimizing can reduce motor vibration obviously.The final prototype which build according to motor electromagnetic design and vibration optimization in this paper match PMSCM design requirement of efficiency and vibration.On the same time,this paper provides solution for PMSCM design with the requirement of high efficiency and low electromagnetic vibration.
