Due to functional and structural requirements,mechanical systems are often designed consisting of many components,therefore,creating a variety of mechanical joints.The dynamic response characteristics of these "mechanical joints" greatly affect the performance of the machine.Contact stiffness and contact damping are the two main parameters of the dynamic response characteristics of mechanical response surfaces,so they have become the research goal for more and more scholars.In recent years,surface texture technology has attracted more and more attention due to its good interface controllability and excellent physical properties.Through surface texture techniques,the specific dimensions,shapes and aligned geometries are processed on rough surfaces to alter the physical properties of the surface.Many works have shown that the contact properties of rough joints with micro-texture morphology also change.The thesis mainly studies the influence of texture parameters of microtexture surface on the contact characteristics between bonding surfaces.The specific contents are as follows.(1)The contact characteristic of contact surface and the influence due to surface texture technology were introduced.The purpose of this thesis was to analyze the effect of the texture parameters on micro texture interface on the contact characteristics.(2)The topographical features of the rough surface with micro-texture morphology were analyzed.The micro-texture plane was divided into two parts including original surface and the texture area,and the corresponding feature parameters were extracted.The entire micro-texture plane was expressed by characteristic equating,the micro-texture surface was reconstructed,and the influence of various parameters on its morphology was analyzed.(3)Based on the parameter representation of the texture surface,the contact mechanics theory and the fractal theory,as well as the contact model of the nontextured plane,the theory model for calculating the normal static and dynamic contact stiffness and normal contact damping between the rough surfaces with microscopic texture morphology was established.Based on the numerical simulation,the effects of various parameters on the surface contact stiffness and damping of the microstructure surfaces were investigated.(4)Based on the finite element nonlinear simulation and experiment test,the influence of texture parameters of micro-textured rough surface on normal static and dynamic contact stiffness and normal contact damping was analyzed,the validity of the theoretical calculation model was verified.Based on the analysis of the micro morphology of the surface texture characteristics,on the basis of micro texture characterization of surface profile equation is established,for the study of micro texture surface provide certain theoretical basis,and then with the combination of micro texture morphology between the contact characteristics were analyzed,and the study of micro texture on the surface of the texture parameters for combination rule,the influence of the contact between the characteristics to improve the dynamic performance of mechanical system,the structure performance reliability and the precision and stability of the mechanical equipment,such as performance,have important theoretical and practical significance.
