| Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of experiments and theoretical research on the mechanical properties of honeycomb components,and obtained a lot of conclusions and results,and also made a deep analysis in bearing capacity and seismic performance,but multi-rise high-rise honeycomb beam steel The damage performance of frame structures is still rare,and there are few understandings of structural failure mechanisms and modalities under earthquakes.Therefore,the seismic failure evolution process of honeycomb beam steel frame structure and the damage evaluation method of honeycomb beam members are studied,and the seismic failure evaluation method of honeycomb steel frame structure is established.In order to quantify the damage of honeycomb beam member failure evolution process,a two-parameter Park damage model based on deformation and energy consumption is selected.The combination coefficient is modified by regression analysis,and the damage model suitable for honeycomb beam is proposed.According to the obtained honeycomb beam test data and simulation results,the combination coefficient of the honeycomb beam damage model is obtained,and the linear regression analysis of the height-thickness ratio of the honeycomb beam web,the height-thickness ratio of the regular hexagonal hole and the width-thickness ratio of the flange are obtained.An empirical formula for the combination coefficient.The damage degree of the honeycomb beam under different performance levels is evaluated by the deformation characteristics of the honeycomb beam.The results show that the Park seismic damage model with modified combination coefficient can accurately reflect the damage degree of the honeycomb beam.The performance level of the honeycomb beam is divided into basic operation,repairable and avoiding collapse.The damage index limits are taken as 0.012,0.65 and 1.00.And establish a criterion for damage evaluation of honeycomb beam members.On the basis of the quasi-static test,in order to more comprehensively analyze the damage of the honeycomb beam steel frame structure under earthquake action,the honeycomb beam steel frame model is established according to the same size as the test,and the test is carried out in strict accordance with the test loading system.The finite element model is used to verify the rationality of the finite element model and parameters of the honeycomb beam steel frame,which provides a reference for the seismic damage evaluation of the honeycomb beam steel frame.Based on the damage model of the honeycomb beam,considering the damage location and damage degree of the honeycomb beam and the frame column,the appropriate component damage characterization coefficients are selected to describe the same type of component damage quanti fication process in the honeycomb beam steel frame structure.Considering the factors such as the importance of the honeycomb frame beam and the column,the damage transfer coefficient from the whole component to the whole structure is determined.The damage transfer coefficients of the bearing member and the energy consuming member are 2 and 0.45 respectively,and 10 honeycombs with different parameters are performed.The overall damage evaluation of beam steel frame structure is compared with the evaluation results of damage discrimination index based on interlayer displacement angle.The correctness of the failure evaluation method is verified,and finally the quantitative description of the failure process of honeycomb frame steel frame structure is realized. |
