| Huofang water source is from Hunhe River water system and Yalu River water system confluence and formed.Located in Liaohe River tributary Hunhe middle and upper reaches,Fushun City,Liaoning Province.In recent years,the development of industry and agriculture in and around Dahuofang water source area,in addition to the special climate change in Northeast China,resulted in great changes in water quality pollutants and ecological structure of reservoirs.Causes the water source sudden pollution incident to the large house frequently,to the city water supply security has caused the huge threat.Shenyang centralized drinking water source includes surface water source and groundwater source.Among them,the surface water source is Fushun Dahuofang Reservoir,which takes water from different places.It is Shenyang Water Group No.8 Water Plant,Shengyuan Water East Water purification Plant and Shengyuan Water West Water purification Plant respectively.Shenyang centralized drinking Dahuofang Reservoir in Fushun in different places.Urban water treatment is the last barrier to protect water safety when the water source is polluted,and the urban water supply industry must enhance its emergency treatment capacity.This is one of the most urgent and important tasks at present.The traditional process of sudden pollution of drinking water treatment is not sufficient to meet domestic and drinking water hygiene standards,thus increased without changing the traditional process on the basis of strengthening coagulation,pre oxidation treatment and disinfection processes for improvement,innovation of high turbidity water and winter low temperature and low turbidity water processing research,one study found that the improved process of ammonia nitrogen,CODMn,has better removal effect such as organic matter,especially for microbial removal is especially striking.At present,enough to meet the Sanitation Standard of drinking Water.Therefore,enhanced coagulation is added on the basis of no change in the traditional process.The pre-oxidation treatment and cooperative disinfection process were innovatively improved,and the high turbidity water quality in flood season and the low temperature and low turbidity water quality in winter were treated respectively.The results showed that the improved process had better removal effect on ammonia nitrogen and CODMn,organic matter,etc.In particular,the removal of microorganisms is particularly obvious.In that flood season and in winter,the static pre-oxidation test is carried out to carry out pre-oxidation treatment on the excess microorganism in the raw water to reduce the processing burden of the follow-up process,The optimum amount of pre-oxidant and the operating parameters were obtained.In this paper,according to the seasonal water quality characteristics of the house,the traditional technology is innovatively improved,and the treatment scheme suitable for the water quality is explored.The main content of the research includes the following four aspects.Study on static pre-oxidation test in flood season and winter:pre-oxidation treatment was carried out for excess microorganisms in raw water to reduce the burden of subsequent processes,and chlorine dioxide was selected as pre-oxidant.The effects of sodium hypochlorite and potassium permanganate on microbial inactivation were studied,and the optimum dosage of preoxidizer and operating parameters were obtained.Study on static enhanced coagulation experiment in flood season and winter:the raw water after pre-oxidation was treated with enhanced coagulation to reduce the turbidity of raw water and remove a small amount of microorganism.The coagulant was polyaluminum chloride(PAC),ferric chloride(FeCl3),aluminum sulfate {A12(SO4)3},ferrous sulfate(FeSO4),poly aluminum ferric sulfate(PAFS,poly ferric sulfate(SPFS).The coagulant aid is powdered activated carbon,polyacrylamide(PAM),alginate sodium.The coagulant and coagulant aid were combined in different ways to purify the raw water,and the best matching method and dosing agent were obtained.Add quantity.Study on static intensified disinfection test in flood season and winter:disinfection treatment was carried out for remaining microorganisms in raw water after enhanced coagulation,chlorine dioxide was chosen as disinfectant,and sodium hypochlorite was used to inactivate microorganisms.The optimum dosage of disinfectant and operating parameters were obtained.Experimental study on dynamic pre-oxidation-enhanced coagulation-edimentati-on-filtration-disinfection process in flood season and winter:according to the static test results,the dynamic test simulated operation was carried out,and the raw water was put into the dynamic equipment for purification treatment.The feasibility of the process was determined by testing the related water quality indexes of the new process.According to the test conclusion,the optimal emergency treatment scheme is selected as follows.Chlorine dioxide pre-oxidation-enhanced coagulation-sedimentation-filtration-sodium hypochlorite disinfection was adopted in the emergency treatment of flood season.The dosage of chlorine dioxide was 1.5 mg/L and the dosage of coagulant SPFS was 40 mg/L in the pre-oxidation stage.The dosage of sodium alginate was 3 mg/L and the dosage of sodium hypochlorite was 1.0 mg/L.In the winter emergency treatment process,chlorine dioxide pre-oxidation-enh-anced coagulation-sedimentation-filtration-sodium hypochlorite disinfection was adopted.The dosage of chlorine dioxide was 1.3 mg/L and the dosage of coagulant PAC was 40 mg/L in the pre-oxidation stage.The dosage of sodium alginate was 2 mg/L and the dosage of sodium hypochlorite was 1.0 mg/L. |
