Research On The Renewal Of Tienan Area In Linghe District,Jinzhou Based On Four-dimensional City Theory

As a city containing the historical context and memory of the city,the old city was damaged to a certain extent in the process of urbanization.The urban spatial structure,architecture,customs,etc.that have been formed for a long time have disappeared a little bit,the urban memory has subsided,and the urban characteristics have ceased to exist.This thesis uses the philosophical concept of Marxist time concept to explore the spatial existence form in different time horizons,retain and continue it,and solve the problem of urban memory loss.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.The research background,research purpose and research significance are expounded,the status quo of old city renewal is summarized,and the research methods of four-dimensional urban space theory and relevant national and local policies are summarized.The research scope and research methods of the Tienan area in Linghe District of Jinzhou were clarified.The four-dimensional city theory,the Marxist time concept and the concept of old city renewal are expounded.The research on the old city renewal and Marxist time concept is summarized,and the research framework of the thesis is put forward.The second part is the method construction part.It is feasible to combine the four-dimensional city theory with the old city renewal from the consistency of the research objects,the correspondence of the research characteristics and the similarity of the research structure.The steps of the old city renewal based on the four-dimensional city theory are summarized:three parts:spatial structure retention,bloek:texture continuity and environmental quality improvement.Based on the four-dimensional city theory,the strategy of updating the old city is proposed.The third part is a detailed discussion of the Tienan area of Linghe District,Jinzhou.The content of the three chapters,the third chapter is the use of spatial syntax to study the spatial structure changes of the Tienan area in the historical process,and explore the future spatial structure of the Tienan area;the fourth chapter is at the block level,the continuation of space Texture.According to the literature and historical maps,the spatial elements such as street roads,open spaces and buildings in the historical map and the current map are extracted,and the two are superimposed to extract the spatial elements with historical value.According to people's needs,using space syntax,on-site investigation and other methods to improve the roadway texture,open space distribution system and architectural form,so that the texture of the block can be continued;the fifth chapter is to improve the environmental quality at the street level.Combine the street elements in the Tienan area of Linghe District of Jinzhou with the urban memory elements,so that the street landscape environmental elements can have certain urban connotations and meanings,improve people's sensory experience in the visual angle,and make the city memory in this way.Get saved and extended.The fourth part is the conclusion part.The method of combining the four-dimensional city theory with the renewal of the old city is summarized,and the shortcomings of the paper and the future development prospects are deeply reflected.
