With the development of human society,there are more and more underwater engineering,and the problems of concrete aging in underwater engineering are becoming more and more prominent.The reinforcement of it has received extensive attention from the society.However,traditional concrete structure reinforcement methods are not suitable for underwater environments,so it is imperative to explore new underwater reinforcement methods.Underwater non-dispersive concrete has excellent construction performance.Due to its good anti-dispersion and good fluidity,self-leveling and self-compacting can be achieved without mechanical vibration during underwater pouring.However,underwater non-dispersible concrete without performance optimization still has disadvantages such as high strength loss.The steel casing can restrain the lateral deformation of the inner core concrete through the ferrule action and improve the bearing capacity of the vertical bearing member.At the same time,it can also improve the ductility of the reinforced column and improve the seismic capacity of the reinforced concrete column.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of underwater non-dispersive concrete and steel casing,the strengths and weaknesses are avoided,the advantages are complementary,and the underwater method is strengthened by a new method combining the two.Since there is very little research on this kind of underwater reinforcement method,it is necessary to carry out the most basic research.The main research work of this paper includes the following two parts.1.Performance optimization of underwater non-dispersive concreteAccording to the relevant specifications,the mixing ratio of underwater non-dispersible concrete is calculated.Through the anti-dispersing agent,water reducing agent,early strength agent and silica fume compounding,the orthogonal test method is used to optimize its performance and utilize it.The range analysis and variance analysis methods are used to process the test data,and the influence law of the influencing factors on its performance and the optimal mix ratio of the high performance underwater non-dispersive concrete are obtained.The specific mix ratio is:cement dosage 445 kg/m3,water consumption 200 kg/m3,sand dosage 702 kg/m3,stone dosage 1053 kg/m3,anti-dispersant dosage 11.13 kg/m3,water reducing agent dosage 4.45 kg/m3,early strength agent dosage 31.15 kg/m3,silica fume dosage 22.25 kg/m3.2.Axial compression test of underwater non-dispersive concrete reinforced short columnsThrough the axial compression test of five steel casing-underwater non-dispersive concrete reinforced short columns,the basic mechanical properties of the reinforced columns under axial load and the water-in-water strength ratio of underwater non-dispersive concrete were studied.The influence of force performance,the test results show that the steel casing-underwater non-dispersive concrete reinforcement method can effectively improve the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete columns,and the underwater water-intensity ratio of non?dispersive concrete has a great influence on the bearing capacity and ductility of the reinforced column.
