Water source heat Pump technology is a clean renewable energy utilization technology,and its popularization and applieation plays an important role in promoting the improvement of China's energy structure,alleviating the primary energy crisis and reducing environmental pollution.However,for China's winter heat load is much greater than the summer cold load of the cold area,if only the use of a single water source heat pump system will inevitably lead to waste of equipment resources.The application of water source heat pump coupling system for building heating and refrigeration,can effectively improve the utilization rate of equipment and energy,to ensure long-term comfort and stability of the building indoor thermal environment.In this paper,a water source heat pump-electric storage boiler-solar coupling system in cold area is used as the research object,and its annual operation effect is studied by combining design parameter analysis and actual data test,and the energy consumption simulation calculation is carried out by using Tmsys software,According to the relevant norms,its operating effect and comprehensive benefits are analyzed and evaluated.By consulting the original design data and field investigation,the design parameters and actual working conditions of the construction project,the original coal-fired boiler heating+lithium bromide refrigeration system,the current operation coupling system and the real-time monitoring system are analyzed,the working principle and flow of the coupling system are analyzed in detail,and the thermal load of the building heating is calculated by theory Through the analysis of the actual operation data of the coupling system,the system in the actual building area of 100,000 m2 of a hotel application,heating season water source heat pump for air conditioning water unit average coph=4.45,the system average copsh=3.32,refrigeration season heat pump unit average copce=6.02,The average copsc=3.68 of the system,the thermal efficiency ?=93.89%in the coldest months of the electric heat storage boiler in January,and the efficiency of the heating season and the refrigeration season of the solar heat collecting system were 64%and 67%,respectively.Using Trnsys software to simulate the energy consumption of the coupled heating system and the original coal-fired boiler system,the results show that the total power consumption of the coupled heating system is 2.37x106kw h,and the coupled heating system is about 74%less than the converted primary energy consumption of the coal-fired boiler heating system.According to the relevant specifications of the coupling system for indoor heating(cooling)effect,energy-saving benefits,environmental benefits and economic benefits of a comprehensive evaluation can be obtained,coupled heating system heating coal-fired index for 7.03kg/m2 than the original coal-fired boiler system low 15.91kg/m2,Coupling system primary Energy utilization rate is 1.22 higher than the original coal-fired boiler heating+lithium bromide refrigeration system 74%;Coupled system compared with the original coal-fired boiler heating+lithium bromide refrigeration system,the emissions per square meter of CO2,SO2 and dust decreased by 11.52kg,0.09kg and 0.05kg,respectively,has good environmental benefits;The annual value of the coupling system dynamic cost is 4.63 million yuan,which is 38%lower than the original system,and the static investment payback period is only 7.4 years.This paper demonstrates the suitability and feasibility of the application of the heat pump coupling system in Shenyang area from the aspects of technical,energy saving,environmental protection and economy,and the results show that the Water source heat pump-electric heat storage boiler-solar coupling system is suitable for application in cold area.The research results have certain reference value for the design,Operation effect analysis and comprehensive benefit evaluation of heat pump system engineering in cold area.
