With the rapid development of the city, natural disasters, human accidents and other conditions,it is necessary to carry out surveys and monitoring of data in various harsh environments. In general,it is difficult for human beings to be competent for this type of work, and small and stable UAV can effectively solve these problems. In order to meet the characteristics of the UAV,which can reach a wide range of search and strong reception signals, two kinds of miniaturized, integrated and high performance antennas used to receive and receive signals from communication systems are designed.Firstly, based on the theory of LTCC antenna,a double-frequency curved LTCC miniaturized antenna was designed. The antenna size is 5.5×13× 1.5 mm3.There are two layers of radiating elements. The resonance frequency of the antenna is 3.35 GHz and 5.25 GHz respectively in this text. When the return loss(S11)is equal to-7.5 dB,the corresponding antenna bandwidth is 300 MHz and 320 MHz respectively, and the corresponding resonant frequency and the bandwidth basically meet the bandwidth requirements of the UAV WiMAX(metropolitan area network)band and WLAN band. This paper designed a three-band LTCC antenna for UAV through HFSS software. The antenna is smaller than the first antenna and its size is 5×12×0.5 mm3.There are three layers of radiating elements. The resonant frequency of the top layer radiating element is 3.38 GHz,and the resonant frequency of the middle-layer layer radiant element is 4.64 GHz.These two radiating elements basically meet the reception and transmission needs of the UAV WiMAX band signal. The resonant frequency of the lower radiation elements is 5.82 GHz.The corresponding bandwidth is 50 MHz,670 MHz and 350 MHz when the echo loss(S11)is equal to-10 dB.The effect of the coupling line and the different heights of the radiating elements in the middle and lower layers on the performance of the antenna is also studied. Finally,in order to verify the usability of the designed three-band antenna in unmanned aerial vehicle,a green ceramic sheet with a relative permittivity of 5.5 and a dielectric loss tangent of 0.0006296(Li2ZnSiO4 material)was adopted in this paper we completed the production of the UAV antenna by LTCC technology. In this paper, the parameters of the antenna were measured, and the comparison with the simulation data basically meets the practical application requirements of UAV.
