With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of technology,the application of switching power supplies has become more and more extensive,and high demands have been placed on their output power,reliability and economy.The power supply mode of a single power supply can no longer meet the needs of existing electrical equipment.For this reason,a multi-module power supply parallel technology has been proposed to solve these problems.The application of wireless communication technology in parallel power module systems reduces the complexity of parallel systems,facilitates maintenance,and reduces interference.The application of the wireless communication technology in the parallel power supply module causes the current sharing information of the system to have a time delay in the process of transmitting and receiving the wireless module.In order to solve the problem caused by wireless transmission,a predictive control model is introduced,which uses the prediction characteristics of the prediction algorithm to compensate for the time delay in the transmission process.In this paper,two parallel BUCK converters are taken as examples to propose a dynamic matrix control(DMC)based on PID-DMC predictive control algorithm to compensate for wireless transmission delay.The main content includes:(1)Briefly introduce the ways of current sharing in parallel system and details the master-slave current sharing scheme of parallel BUCK converters.(2)Analyze the working mode of the BUCK circuit.The digital control method is used to control the BUCK circuit.The state space method is used to establish the BUCK converter model,and the maximum delay problem in wireless transmission is analyzed.(3)The working principle of dynamic matrix control(DMC)algorithm is introduced in detail.Based on this,the PID-DMC algorithm is proposed to solve the wireless transmission delay problem.The MATLAB simulation software is used to construct the system simulation model to verify the feasibility of the prediction algorithm.(4)The hardware design of the BUCK circuit and the software design of the FPGA chip based on the Quartus II software are performed on the system.(5)Analyze and process the results of the experiment.
