With the rapid development of distributed PV power generation,its randomness and volatility pose great challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Since the energy storage system has bidirectional power regulation characteristics,it can effectively alleviate the problems caused by PV grid connection.Therefore,distributed energy storage systems play an important role in distributed generation.In this paper,the distributed energy storage system optimization control method under two scenarios of power smoothing and tracking plan is studied.The main research contents include:Firstly,the optimal control method of hybrid energy storage system under the scene of energy storage and PV power fluctuation is studied.A coordinated optimization control method based on Kalman filter and model predictive control is proposed.The energy distribution of the hybrid energy storage system is realized by double-layer Kalman filter,and the model predictive control strategy is used to optimize the output and state of the energy storage system.Secondly,the improved neural network algorithm is used to predict the PV power generation,and the dispatching command is formulated according to the predicted value,and the dispatching command is used as power generation plan.The deviation between the actual PV power and the dispatching command is borne by the hybrid energy storage system.For the energy storage system,the model prediction control method is still adopted.Under the premise of meeting the tracking accuracy requirements,the output and the state of charge of the hybrid energy storage system are guaranteed to be optimal.The Kalman filter is used to distribute the power of the hybrid energy storage system.According to the two typical working conditions of power smoothing and tracking plan,the selection of energy storage batteries in the hybrid energy storage system is discussed,and a evaluation system for the applicability of energy storage batteries is established.Considering the working condition characteristic parameters,energy storage cost and working condition requirements of the energy storage battery,a quantitative evaluation index is established,and the energy storage battery can be selected according to different working conditions.Finally,in order to make the research results presented in this paper more versatility,the software development based on MATLAB GUI is used to design and implement the interface of energy storage multi-scene software;and the GUI interface can be compiled into independent Run executable files to improve software independence.
