Power flow calculation plays an important role in power grid planning.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of the power grid and the grid-connected operation of large-scale new energy,the power flow calculation and analysis work in the power grid planning is increasingly complicated,and the situation of power flow non-convergence or poor convergence is gradually increasing.It is urgent to carry out effective and rapid power flow calculation and analysis methods to provide adjustment direction and methods for the rapid convergence of power flow.This requires improving the automation level of electrical calculation and analysis of complex power grids,liberating experienced power grid planners from heavy basic work,and forming a more efficient working mode,basic calculation and analysis environment.Therefore,this paper focuses on the problem of power flow non-convergence caused by unreasonable reactive power distribution in power network planning.Firstly,on the basis of extensive review of relevant literatures,the problems and difficulties in power flow calculation and analysis in power grid planning are analyzed.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of power flow calculation and analysis in power grid planning,the minimizing power flow model and its solution method are deeply studied.The slack value characteristics of minimizing power flow model are analyzed.Thirdly,based on the power flow non-convergence caused by reactive power adjustment in power grid planning,an improved model of minimizing power flow is proposed.On this basis,the realization method and concrete steps of reactive power adjustment in power flow planning based on minimum power flow are constructed.Finally,the verification and analysis of the actual grid data of a certain area in China in 2020 are carried out.The actual results verify the effectiveness of the model and method of this paper.
