Energy has become an indispensable material resource in human development.It can not only meet the needs of human daily life,but also play a key role in the progress and development of the whole society.Along with the development and utilization of energy,it also causes the energy crisis and environmental damage.Nowadays,nearly half of the domestic energy consumption comes from electric energy,so saving electric energy plays an important role in energy development strategy.Research shows that if users use electricity scientifically and rationally,they can save 10%-30%of energy.Therefore,encouraging residents to consume less energy is the key to energy conservation.Non-intrusive load monitoring technology is the most effective way to achieve this goal.Based on the existing research,this paper proposes a new load decomposition method.The main points of this paper are as follows:1)Steady-state current has the low sampling frequency which leads to the input of sampling equipment is lower,and the current stability is better than power,so the steady-state current of electrical equipment is adopted as the load characteristic in this paper.2)The original user data is the basis of non-intrusive load decomposition.In this paper,under the laboratory environment,a user load information acquisition platform is simulated and built.The collected data can provide data support for future decomposition experiments.3)This paper puts forward a method to analyze the electrical characteristics of electrical equipment by using K-means clustering method,which can get the state value of the equipment.And a new binary-based state representation method for multi-state electrical equipment is adopted.This method is simple and convenient,and can well represent the various states of the equipment.4)This paper presents a new non-intrusive load monitoring and decomposition method based on factorial hidden markov model.This method establishes a mathematical model between the total load current and the current of each electrical appliance that considers the correlation between the operation state of the equipment,and uses factorial hidden markov algorithm to get the operation states of each electrical appliance,so as to realize the decomposition of power load.
