Research On Evaluation Method And Application Of Equipment In Power Grid Enterprises

With the orderly advancement of the new round of power system reform,the grid enterprises have gradually changed from the monopoly enterprises of the purchase and sale price difference model of unified purchase and sales to the public service organizations that charge the network fees.The profit model of "permit cost plus reasonable profit"puts forward higher requirements for asset management of power grid enterprises.The verification of effective assets is a key factor affecting the operating efficiency of power grid enterprises.At present,power grid enterprises pay insufficient attention to equipment assets occupying the main body of enterprise assets,and lack of equipment enterprise equipment evaluation research that matches the new power reform environment.Evaluating the value of power grid enterprises will help grid companies adapt to the reform situation in a timely manner,adjust the current asset management system,study investment management methods under the new price system,meet the government’s regulatory requirements for effective assets,and increase the investment recognition rate.This paper expounds the theoretical research on the evaluation of electromechanical equipment at home and abroad,describes the evaluation methods of electromechanical equipment evaluation in foreign countries,and combines the domestic market policy environment to study the methods and application of grid equipment evaluation based on the current research status of electromechanical equipment evaluation by domestic scholars,which lays a theoretical foundation for equipment evaluation research under the power system reform model.This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of equipment in power grid enterprises,and analyzes the application of asset evaluation methods in equipment evaluation of power grid enterprises,which lays a theoretical foundation for equipment evaluation of power grid enterprises.Then it analyzes the policy environment of the grid company,studies the change of the profit model of the grid enterprise under the reform of transmission and distribution price,and clarifies the application environment of the equipment evaluation of the grid enterprise.Based on the pricing model of transmission and distribution price,this paper applies the present value of income method to estimate the equipment of grid enterprises,analyzes the impact of pricing depreciation parameters on equipment evaluation of power grid enterprises,calculates the depreciation expense of equipment and the scale of effective assets,and passes capital.The asset pricing model calculates the discount rate and finally calculates the equipment evaluation value.The research methods and research results used in this paper have important theoretical and practical significance for grid enterprises to regulate asset management and government regulatory department policy adjustment.At the same time,they also have certain reference and reference value for other industries(such as natural gas pipeline transmission enterprises)that implement pricing cost supervision and examination mode.
