Regional energy Internet is an important measure to alleviate the energy crisis and build a clean,efficient and sustainable energy utilization program.It is also an effective way to promote the local consumption of new energy at the current stage.As China vigorously promotes the transformation of energy structure and relevant policies and opinions be published,regional energy Internet will be flourishing,so it is urgent to build related software and hardware platforms.It is great practical significance for improving the utilization rate of new energy in the regional energy Internet to construct a user interaction scheme for interconnection and interoperability among various energy entities in the regional energy internet,and on this basis,to use demand response technology to macro-control and manage the flexible equipment on the user side.Based on the above background,this thesis studies the user interaction and load optimization regulation strategies of regional energy Internet.Firstly,aiming at the problem of insufficient research on the construction of information interaction architecture in user interaction scheme,the feasibility of EEBus technology scheme and its application in regional energy Internet was studied,an information interaction architecture based on EEBus is designed,the information interaction scheme applied to new energy consumption is also formulated,which provide technical support for user side load control.Secondly,a user side load group optimization regulation strategy based on pre-switching state is proposed,which comprehensively takes into account the natural cut-off phenomenon,response potential,temperature and time operation characteristics of temperature control equipment in the regulation process,and puts forward the corresponding objective function,constraint conditions and evaluation index.Finally,the proposed control strategy is applied to the distributed wind power consumption in regional energy Internet,and be compared with the typical control strategy in the literature.The simulation results show that the control strategy is effective and reasonable,which can effectively reduce the response error and improve the utilization rate of new energy while enstring the user's comfort.
