Today,the "Internet plus",artificial intelligence and other new technologies are strong development,is rapidly affecting and reshaping the power marketing management concept,service mode and operation mode.A variety of new "quick,convenient,high quality"customer experience as the spring rain smooth and changing the consumption view of the customer and the service functions of power grid enterprise,new energy access,charging vehicles,such as energy storage,energy and Internet users are as powerful as hurricanes in presenting in front of us,is changing the ecological electric power marketing and services.At the same time,with the development of economic society and the deepening of power system reform,power grid enterprises will face new opportunities and challenges.In the face of opportunities and challenges,electric power marketing work is an urgent need to management and technology innovation as the basic means,to optimize the integration of the existing electric power marketing elements,using the Internet to thinking,from offline to online marketing business integration,building automatic,open,lean,efficient new mode of electric power marketing,production relations and productive forces to promote common development,implementation services and requirements of the organic unity.In addition,it should change from developing endogenous requirements to participating in external competition,strengthen the guidance of customer demand and ecosystem,maintain the dominant position in the new energy terminal consumer market and turn energy service into an open social service.In this paper,from the Angle of power grid enterprise,based on reality,focus on the future,this paper expounds the changes in the "Internet+power marketing",analyzed on the birth of the new technology of electric power system reform under the big background of electric power marketing,the influence of the electric power system reform and energy revolution under the situation of open,interconnected and interactive power marketing new patterns and corresponding technical support system construction and development of a new direction,established under the electric power system reform and the new technology to promote the concept of intelligent electric power marketing idea and development strategy.This paper puts forward some methods and approaches for power grid enterprises to build new power marketing system and ney energy service mode by means of Internet,communication and intelligent power consumption.It also systematically studies and analyzes the practical experience of domestic and foreign power grid enterprises in marketing service mode innovation under the "Internet+",mode.
