With the increase in domestic per capita consumption levels,the purchase of household cars is increasing,and the demand for car garages is increasing.However,many residential buildings did not reach the demand of one bank per household when they were built a few years ago,resulting in a shortage of residential garages.In view of the difficulty in parking in the community,this paper investigates the lifting and traversing garage.Firstly,the research status of stereo garages at home and abroad is introduced systematically.The advantages and disadvantages of various existing garages are discussed.The design of the lifting and traversing garages is innovatively designed.The overall structural design scheme of the intelligent Rubik's cube garage is proposed.The layout of the parking space is finally designed with 21 parking spaces as the design standard,and the lifting and traversing function is used to realize the conceptual design of the intelligent Rubik's cube garage.Secondly,the concept design is used to analyze the key motion mechanism of the intelligent garage.The different mechanisms for realizing the same action are compared repeatedly.The fuzzy evaluation method is used to calculate and analyze the lifting mechanism,and the optimal solution is applied to the device to realize the lifting and lowering of the vehicle,process.After completing the overall frame structure design,the analysis and calculation are performed for the institutions of different subsystems.Starting from the three subsystems of the access system,the lifting system and the transposition system,the hanging door and the loading plate in the system are designed,the dynamic and static force analysis of the loading plate and the ANSYS finite element software simulation are carried out;The guide rod is subjected to force analysis;the drive mechanism and the actuator in the transposition system are innovatively designed,and the differential mechanism,the bevel gear and the electromagnetic brake are used to form a variable-degree change mechanism,and the "?"-shaped rod pushing device is realized.A prime mover controls the flexible transposition of 7 cars in a single-storey garage.Finally,the overall scheme is SolidWorks 3D modeling,and the garage model is produced proportionally,and the model is assembled and debugged.The intelligent Rubik's Cube garage uses a mechanized way to quickly access the vehicle.The mechanical structure of the mechanical three-dimensional garage is cleverly designed.It uses a relatively simple mechanical structure such as a screw guide.The modified parking platform makes the mechanical structure as simple as possible.Has a good market investment and use value.
