With the continuous development of industrial technology in China,higher and higher requirements are also put forward for the quality inspection of spring parts.In this paper,the aviation spring parts are used as the research object,and the quality of the spring is guaranteed by digital image detection technology.The traditional spring detection has the disadvantages of low automation,large detection error of workers,and low detection efficiency.The application of digital imaging technology to detect spring parts is conducive to realizing high precision,high efficiency and automatic detection.This article introduces the development results of digital image detection technology and the development trend of spring detection at home and abroad,confirms the purpose and significance of digital image detection in the subject.A high-precision image detection system is established to meet the requirements of spring parts inspection,and the select types of each components of the image acquisition system is analyzed,and explain the important impact of the image processing software system in image processing and detection of spring parts.In order to accurately detect the inner and outer diameter dimensions of the spring parts,this article combines with the actual image preprocessing of the spring parts,compares with several image segmentation algorithms,and then propose an improved circular sub-pixel subdivision algorithm.The reliability of the improved edge extraction algorithm in the inner and outer contour processing of the spring part image is verified by experimental analysis.In order to detect the surface defect image of spring parts,a lateral edge detection algorithm is proposed for linear defect edge location detection,and a fast FCM segmentation detection algorithm is proposed for image segmentation detection of block defects.The circumference and area detection judgment algorithm is applied to analyze the qualification standards of spring parts,and verify the experimental results of defect classification test results.This article uses the GUIDE creation tool in MATLAB software to design the special software of the spring part image detection system.And then the user interaction interface and image processing algorithm are integrated,the logic flow of the software is combed,and the functions of each module are explained.Finally,examples verify that the processing software meets the actual requirements of spring detection. |
