With the popularization and construction of intelligent substation engineering,the reliability of intelligent substation network has become an important factor affecting the stable operation of substation,especially the influence of process layer network sampling value message on the spacer equipment.The fast and reliability analysis of interlocking signals and tripping signals between spacer devices and the network operation and maintenance problems such as even the action response diagnosis and analysis of substation faults are gradually exposed.In view of the above intelligent substation network reliability problem,the research group has carried out the thorough research,obtained the important research result.On the basis of consulting many literatures at home and abroad,this paper models,analyzes and verifies the process layer network architecture of intelligent substation.The sampling system of the key process layer network and the bus differential protection of the process layer network in 10 kV substation are studied in order to maximize the reliability of the intelligent substation network.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)This paper makes a detailed analysis of the intelligent substation network architecture and summarizes the current research situation of intelligent substation network architecture at home and abroad on the basis of understanding the relevant theories of intelligent substation network architecture.In this paper,the problem of process layer network reliability in intelligent substation is expounded,the necessary significance of ensuring process layer network reliability is put forward,and the research content and logic relation of the whole paper are combed out.(2)In order to improve the sampling reliability of the process layer network,the fixed delay switch is added on the basis of the traditional sampling mode,and compared with the previous sampling mode,the advantages of the improved method are highlighted.The data stability of the sampling value is verified by testing the improved sampling network architecture.(3)In the aspect of process layer network bus differential protection,the problem that10 kV substation is not equipped with bus differential protection is perfected,and a 10 kV bus differential protection based on intelligent substation process layer networking mode is designed.It includes intelligent local integration device for load application on 10 kV bus,star arrangement for process layer network,10 kV busbar protection and load interactive information on bus all connected to central switch.The busbar differential protection can interact with the intelligent local integrated device of each 10 kV load through the centralswitch and other switches.Based on the logic of busbar differential protection,10 kV bus Line differential protection increases power supply current and load current burst increment startup and latching conditions.(4)The dynamic model test using RTDS model is carried out to verify the operation of the designed 10 kV busbar differential protection under the condition of fault and to prove its feasibility.
