Due to the age of constant progress,the demand for electricity has increased gradually,with the expansion of power grid and the structure of the complex,led to a draining of traditional primary energy at the same time also caused the destruction of the environment,so large-scale new energy access poses challenges to the quality and stability of power system frequency,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid under the new energy high permeability,power system operators to wind power and energy storage system to provide frequency regulation service technical requirements are put forward.In recent years,the rapid development of power storage technology has brought new opportunities to meet these challenges.The energy storage power supply has fast power tracking ability,which can provide more accurate service for power grid frequency modulation.Compared with the traditional FM power supply,it has more advantages and provides a new auxiliary way for the difficulties faced by the power system FM.Therefore,this thesis studies the frequency modulation control of power grid containing traditional thermal power,wind power and energy storage when wind power is connected to the grid.First,according to the basic principle of primary and secondary frequency modulation of power system,the primary frequency modulation of wind turbine is analyzed.At the same time,the application of energy storage in primary frequency modulation,secondary frequency modulation and frequency characteristics in the process of frequency modulation are studied.Then,quality and stability of power system frequency response,the biggest impact of the inertia primary frequency control,for wind power grid frequency control requirements under high permeability,thermal power unit,the frequency regulating characteristics of wind power and energy storage system,puts forward the traditional power-wind-wide-area storage in inertial response and coordination of primary frequency control method,and based on quantitative network frame structure and the frequency characteristics of liaoning power grid energy storage time and depth of participation.Finally,through the study on the basic principle of AGC of FM,based on the energy storage system is established in a typical model of AGC of FM,it is put forward in harmony with the thermal power unit of the wide-area storage systems involved in the participation of AGC FM timing and real-time control method,and through the example analysis shows that in wide-area energy storage system AGC secondary frequency modulation is more stable.
