With the continuous development of China's electric power industry,people's demand for electric power is also gradually increasing.Due to the generally backward aging of power supply equipment,it is unable to meet people's demand for electricity,and often faces power shortages such as power cuts,and People pay more and more attention to environmental protection issues.The traditional way of increasing installed capacity has been unable to solve the current power shortage problem.Therefore,tapping potential from the demand side of the power market is a very important means to solve the power supply shortage.Flexible load management can realize the interaction between the power generation side and the power demand side to manage the load,and it becomes an effective way to solve these problems.Based on the study of the interaction principle between the power generation side and the power demand side,this paper studies the impact of the flexible load scheduling model on economic operation.The purpose is to continuously optimize the model and apply it to the actual case to obtain multiple aspects of optimality.It includes the following aspects:Firstly,this paper expounds the importance of flexible load management,and introduces its research status from the perspective of user participation and summarizes its implementation basis,scheduling form,contract mode and market mechanism.Based on this,a flexible load contract model is proposed.Analyze and study the compensation and punishment mechanism.Secondly,based on the management perspective of power supply on the power supply side,the concept and components of power generation cost are expounded.The relationship between generator cost and load is studied.The mathematical model of cost calculation is established and the impact of network loss is analyzed.Thirdly,the flexible load management interaction mechanism between the power generation side and the power demand side is realized,and an economic load optimization scheduling model based on flexible load is established.The key factors considered for project deployment are analyzed in detail,including user selection,advance notice time,and interruption duration.And the degree of compensation,etc.,establish a unit combination optimization model that considers the interruptible load.Finally,a mathematical model is established for the optimization problem of flexible load optimization scheduling.In this paper,the flexible load optimization scheduling problem of 19 users and 16 periods is simulated by particle swarm optimization algorithm and binary particle swarm optimization algorithm respectively.By comparing the optimization results of different algorithms,the results of the example show that the system operation cost is reduced and the peak power load is reduced.At the same time,users also get benefits.It is indicatedthat the optimal scheduling model based on flexible load is beneficial to the reliable economic operation of the power system.
