The performance of the electronic cabinet has an important influence on the service life and reliability of the internal electronic equipment.HyperWorks is the main analytical tool this thesis.The research object is an 19-inch standard cabinet,it's seismic behavior has been studied and got the influence of components on seismic performance of cabinet,provide a reference basis for cabinet design.In this paper,micro-steel pipe piles used for building reinforcement and slope treatment are introduced into transmission line engineering and grouted into the inner and outer sides of micro-steel pipe piles to improve the resistance of pile side and end of micro-steel pipe piles,thereby improving the bearing capacity of foundation.Because the calculation of compression resistance and overturning resistance is the main consideration in building reinforcement and slope treatment,and the main controlled conditions in the foundation of transmission line tower are uplift resistance and overturning resistance,it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of post-grouting micro-steel pipe pile in transmission line engineering.After studying the mechanical characteristics of post-grouting micro-steel pipe pile,according to the mechanical redistribution,a new type of umbrella-shaped steel pipe pile foundation is proposed as a complementary form foundation of post-grouting micro-steel pipe pile.In this paper,relying on the national network Cangzhou Dongguangbei 220 kV design competition project,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The grouting thickness of post grouting micro steel pipe pile is analyzed,and the numerical relationship between the grouting thickness and the radius of steel pipe and the wall thickness of steel pipe is obtained.According to the design software,the traditional Micro-piles are calculated.The number of suitable piles for 220 kV transmission line project is 4,6 and 8,respectively,and the horizontal displacement under the action of 2B7-ZM1 tower foundation is obtained.Through the force analysis of post-grouting micro-steel pipe pile,the horizontal bearing capacity and uplift bearing capacity of post-grouting micro-steel pipe pile are obtained.(2)By analyzing the stress of post-grouting micro-steel tube pile,the concept of steel tube umbrella pile foundation is put forward.It is concluded that the anti-overturning ability of post-grouting micro-steel tube pile is better than post-grouting micro-steel tube pile,and the pull-out performance of post-grouting micro-steel tube pile is better than that of steel tube umbrella pile.This provides a reference for the designer to choose the tower foundation type in the later stage.
