In recent years, the development of construction industrialization was attached great importance and supported strongly by the government.According to the seismic design idea of "strong columns weak girders, strong joints weak components",a prefabricated core part of the steel core concrete joints are designed, based on the existing research results, combining the characteristics of the joints under the action of earthquakes and the reliability and convenience of the construction of the joints. The joint columns and the core area of the node are prefabricated together in the factory, and the girders are produced solely. They are connected by the bolt, then the concrete is poured with templates. These joints guarantee the safety and reliability of joints and greatly improves the construction efficiency, construction quality and economic benefits. The main research method of this paper is to establish a numerical model of the steel reinforced concrete edge joints in the multi-type prefabricated core area by using ABAQUS finite element software, and study the seismic performance and its influencing factors of the joints. The main research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper, the design of the steel reinforced concrete joints in the core part of the prefabricated core area is carried out, considering the action of the joint under earthquakes, the seismic resistance of the joint, the convenience of site construction and the reliability of the joint. At the same time, the experimental model is simplified, and the numerical model analysis is established by using ABAQU analyzing the seismic performance of the joint.(2)Applying a horizontal low-cycle reciprocating load at the end of the joint by establishing a numerical model of edge joints, middle joints of steel-reinforced concrete in the prefabricated core area,a numerical model of edge joints and middle joints. The stress change of the steel bars and concrete, plastic strain accumulation, failure mode and seismic performance are compared and analyzed in order to judge the superiority of seismic performance of steel-reinforced concrete joints in the prefabricated core area.(3)Considering the influence of the stirrup reinforcement, the axial compression ratio, the concrete strength and the length of the reinforced concrete section in the beam on the seismic performance of the joints, edge joints and middle joints are compared and analyzed by establishing 14 different prefabricated core zone steel reinforced concrete control models.
