Considering the degree of industrialization,construction period,recycling,etc.,the prefabricated residential system has a large market background.As a prefabricated external wall panel for maintaining the structure,there is still a lot of room for development.In order to highlight the heat preservation and economy of the wallboard,sandwich insulation composite wall panels came into being.Due to the wide variety of thermal insulation materials,the mechanism of action between the inner and outer leaf wall panels is not clear.Under the action of the joints,the specific combination degree of the inner and outer leaf wall panels has not yet formed a unified mature theory.Under the support of a large-scale residential project,this experiment carried out a study on the combination degree of sandwich composite external wall panels with XPS insulation materials and reinforced concrete trusses as connectors.The research work is as follows:(1)The bending test of two non-opening wall panels and two open-wall panels of the same size under uniform load was carried out.The load-deflection curve of these structures and the strain distribution of different concrete layers are analyzed.The combination performance of four wall panels and the influence of opening,restraining mode and number of truss ribs on bearing capacity and combination degree are comprehensively evaluated.(2)Using the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the model of four sandwich composite external wall panels was established,and the load-deflection curves of the four wall panels in the test were compared to verify the correctness of the finite element and the same as the four blocks.The complete composite panel under the conditions and the four completely non-combined panels under the same conditions are compared to determine the overall combination of the wall panels.(3)Based on the size and constraint of the WB1-1 wallboard,the theoretical calculations of the complete composite panel and the completely non-combined panel are carried out,and corresponding feasible suggestions are proposed based on the analysis results.Based on the experiment,theory and simulation,this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation of the combination degree of XPS sandwich composite wallboard,which provides a certain reference for future engineering application.
