With the rapid development of the social economy,human demand for electrical energy is increasing.Nowadays,the electric energy used by people is mainly converted from fossil energy,but the traditional fossil fuel is non-renewable energy,and a large amount of harmful gases and greenhouse gases are generated during the burning process of fossil energy,thus causing the current environmental pollution and greenhouse effect..China's economy is in the mid-development stage.Compared with developed countries,economic growth is more rapid,and more energy is needed.It is not advisable to sacrifice economic environment for economic development.Therefore,finding a clean,safe and renewable green energy source and reducing the use of traditional fossil energy is related to the future development of China's economy.Among them,wind energy as a new energy source is one of the hotspots of current research.This paper studies and analyzes the utilization and prediction of wind resources in Liaoning Fuxin area with rich wind resources,the impact of wind power grid connection on the system and the coordinated control of AVC system and reactive power device in this area.Firsly,this paper introduces the background and significance of using wind energy to generate electricity,summarizing the research status of wind power grid-connected on the original power system and the research status of AVC system control technology.Forecast and analysis of wind resources in Fuxin,Liaoning Province.From the geographical location,climatic conditions and economic policies of Fuxin area,the feasibility and advantages of wind power generation in the region are analyzed.Then the theoretical derivation and data analysis are used to predict and evaluate the potential of wind development in Fuxin.Secondly,the influence of grid-connected wind turbines on the voltage,frequency and waveform of power system in Fuxin area is studied.Considering the start-stop of wind turbines,the change of wind speed and the influence of wind power limiting factors on grid voltage.The impact of large-scale wind power and low-voltage ride-through capability on grid frequency is analyzed.The problem of wind power generation causing harmonic pollution to the power grid in Fuxin is discussed.Finally,the coordinated control of AVC system and reactive power device in Fuxin area is studied.The current status and existing problems of AVC system and reactive power device in Fuxin area are summarized.The rationalization proposal of AVC system and SVG,SVC,SVQC reactive devices and the data communication strategy of AVC and SVG are proposed to realize the coordinated control of AVC and SVQC and SVC/SVG devices.The scheme design of the wind farm comprehensive automatic voltage control system in Fuxin area and the hardware software of the AVC system of the wind farm automatic voltage reactive power control device and its expected implementation goals are introduced in detail.
