Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing demand of wind power penetration and clean energy economy,efficient environmental protection system,reducing wind power waste and improving wind power utilization rate have become an important issue in wind power research.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the power stability and power quality of wind farms.The combined operation of wind farm and energy storage is conducive to improving the randomness and fluctuation of wind farm,so this paper mainly focuses on accurate wind power prediction and reliable and reasonable control of energy storage system.The research content of this paper is divided into three parts.This paper introduces the basic principle,process,main properties and existing problems of empirical mode decomposition method,and then puts forward improving methods according to existing problems.The method is analyzed by using wind power data provided by Liaoning Province.The typical solar wind signals in spring,summer,autumn and winter are decomposed into low-frequency,medium-frequency and high-frequency signals by empirical mode decomposition,and each part of the signal is analyzed.In this paper,an improved adaptive cuckoo search algorithm based on simulated annealing is proposed for the optimization of parameters in support vector machines.The optimization algorithm improves the accuracy of cuckoo search algorithm by introducing simulated annealing and adjusting step size adaptively.The improved algorithm is compared and analyzed by the prediction results of low and medium frequency signals of wind power.The economic benefit model of the combined wind and storage system is established.Considering the constraints of wind farm and energy storage,the objective function is to maximize the economic benefit of the combined system.According to the low and medium frequency components of wind power,a two-stage hierarchical control strategy for pumped storage and storage battery is developed.Through the simulation of MATLAB,the charging and discharging times and overcharging and overdischarging situations of the strategy are compared and elaborated,and the fluctuation and economic benefits of the combined wind and storage system are analyzed.
