With the development and application of electrical technology and motor manufacturing technology,the use of electric motors is becoming more and more extensive,especially in the industrial field.As a main power source of electrical equipment,its long-term stable operation has been paid more and more attention.Through real-time monitoring and energy consumption analysis of the running state of the motor,it can provide a more complete maintenance plan and more energy-saving operation plan for the enterprise,saving maintenance costs and operating costs for the enterprise,and effectively avoiding the loss of personnel property caused by motor failure accidents.Therefore,real-time monitoring of the operating state of the motor is indispensable.Aiming at the problems of poor operating environment and distributed distribution of industrial on-site motors,this paper proposes and designs a motor operating condition monitoring system based on industrial Internet of Things technology.The motor running condition monitoring system is mainly composed of three parts: a motor parameter acquisition subsystem,a received data transmission subsystem and a data storage display platform.By connecting the LoRa wireless communication module to the motor parameter acquisition subsystem,multiple motor data are transmitted to the network,and then the received data transmission subsystem accesses the received motor parameters through the NB-IoT wireless IoT module to access the telecom Internet of Things platform.Finally,the IoT host computer,database and Web server are installed on the cloud server platform to complete the subsequent operations such as acquisition,storage and remote display of the motor data,so as to realize the all-weather remote monitoring of the motor running state.By adopting a combination of two kinds of wireless communication technologies,the system effectively solves the disadvantages of the inconvenience of the conventional motor running state monitoring system and the communication cable caused by the distributed distribution of the motor unit.The motor operating condition monitoring system based on industrial Internet of Things technology has good practical significance for replacing the traditional wired communication motor monitoring system.
