| With the continuous development of urbanization,the contradiction between building land and green space in cities is becoming increasingly obvious.In this context,roof greening as an effective way to actively participate in the construction of eco-city and improve the urban ecological environment,almost compensates the ground area occupied by the building,effectively alleviating the contradiction between building occupation and urban green space.As one of the types of urban buildings,public buildings are easy to implement roof greening because of their large roof area and clear property rights.Nowadays,roof greening on public buildings,as an indispensable part of urban greening,plays a growingly important role in promoting urbanization.Therefore,this paper focuses on the current situation of roof greening on public buildings in Hefei.Taking the roof greening on public buildings in Hefei as the research object,through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey,it understands the current construction and development situation,comprehensively evaluates several cases,deeply analyses and Summarizes the existing problems.Meanwhile,combined with the statistical results of questionnaire data,and referring to the relevant policies of Beijing,Shanghai and other cities with better development of roof greening,this paper puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of roof greening on public buildings in Hefei,which provides theoretical reference for the development.In this paper,through in-depth investigation and research on many cases and consulting experts and teachers,combined with questionnaires,and on the basis of consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,the evaluation system of roof greening on public buildings in Hefei is constructed.The main results are as follows:(1)The existing total area of roof greening on public buildings in Hefei City is very small.The main type of roof greening on public buildings is garden-style.Most of roof greening are on commercial and office buildings,while few are on S.E.C.H.Buildings,and buildings they are located on are mainly of podium buildings,with fewer top-floor and overhead styles.(2)Most of the roof greening can meet the basic functional needs in terms of overall layout and landscape construction.It has some advantages,but it still has obvious shortcomings.Generally speaking,the development of roof greening on public buildings in Hefei still has great potential.However,there are still many gaps between Hefei and cities with better roof greening development,such as Beijing and Shanghai.(3)Most people in Hefei pay high attention to roof greening and take a positive attitude towards its benefits.However,people still lack a comprehensive and scientific understanding of roof greening,and there are still some misunderstandings about roof greening.Most Hefei citizens have high acceptance and expectations of roof greening,and have a positive attitude to the development of roof greening in public buildings.(4)By establishing the evaluation system of roof greening on public buildings in Hefei,according to the grading of each evaluation factor,seven roof greening samples of public buildings in Hefei were graded under the ecological,ornamental and functional conditions among nine evaluation factors.Finally,according to the score results,most of the roof greening in the ecological and ornamental evaluation score is higher,bot there are some functional deficiencies.At present,the roof greening of public buildings in Hefei City is mostly in the grade Ⅲ standard,and on the whole,it has not reached the ideal state. |
