| The development of liquid crystal display technology has promoted the continuous improvement of liquid crystal detection technology.Nowadays,with the increasing demand for product quality,large-sized LCD panels are becoming more and more popular.The non-contact air floating transportation and detection platform gradually become mainstream since the seventh line appeared,the air floating transportation reduces the contact damage and the deformation of the base material which compare with the traditional transmission,and greatly improves the yield of products.The air floating platform adopts the air as the medium,the supporting and lubrication function are realized by forming an air film between the surface of the platform and the glass substrate.According to the difference of supply pressure mode,it is mainly divided into positive pressure float platform and negative pressure adsorption air float platform.The latter has a positive and negative pressure cross arrangement of the outlet,and its pressure is more stable in the distribution of the air film,which is suitable for the on-line detection system of the surface defect of the liquid crystal display.Based on the actual needs of the project,this paper firstly introduces the theory of the air floating platform.Then the parameters of the air flotation platform are deduced and the geometrical model is established on this basis.After the completion of design reuse mesh complete finite element analysis and the simulation calculation,and analysis of air pressure,throttle aperture and throttle pipe height,air film thickness effects on air static characteristic.Then the air flotation block and air path are designed,the design of the air block mainly includes two areas,namely the measuring area and the upper and lower feeding areas.The air path design is mainly aimed at the positive pressure and negative pressure air path,while the air path is designed and the pressure fluctuation is reduced by using multiple stable pressures in order to avoid the interference between the air paths.Then,according to relevant papers and research experience,reasonable design and selection of air components have been finished.Finally,the experimental results are carried out in the actual air floating platform,and the air film stability satisfies what the optical imaging system demanded. |
