Research On Energy Consumption Monitoring And Management System Of Passive Building In Cold Region Of China

In recent years,with the continuous development of passive buildings in cold regions,in order to prevent low-energy buildings from running with high energy consumption.This paper presents the energy consumption management of passive buildings in cold region in operation and maintenance stage by using energy consumption monitoring and management system.The system can comprehensively manage the collected energy consumption data,system operation data,key node data and basic building information;for technical personnel and management personnel in a timely manner to get the data information and make a decision very convenient;to strengthen the information links among construction units,construction units,regulatory agencies,technical units and operation and maintenance units;to enable system operators to more convenient and accurate implementation of their respective functions;users can better feel the comfort brought by the passive building while achieving the maximum energy saving effect;It has promoted the development of passive buildings in cold regions.This paper focuses on the planning,analysis and structural design of functional modules for the passive building energy consumption monitoring and management system in cold region.Through demand analysis and feasibility study,it is concluded that passive buildings in cold region have demand for energy consumption monitoring and management system;the system planning and drawing of energy consumption monitoring management system related business flow chart and data flow chart,the system should have energy consumption data monitoring function,remote energy saving monitoring function,energy consumption data analysis function,abnormal warning function and system information management function;determine the design objectives and carry out the structural diagram design of each function,database design and system interface design description,and clarify the specific role of functions and the responsibilities of managers.Innovative put forward operational units and related cooperation management unit to the idea of operating system,for the operations management personnel,technical personnel and related personnel to provide practical experience and basic data,realize the cold region of passive building energy consumption management more intelligent and rich system use function,to ensure that the system run smoothly and make more clear division of work.
