Steel corrosion detection technology used in existing projects are not able to determine the location of tendons rust and corrosion conditions accurately,have significant limitations.The acoustic emission technique in real time,dynamic,easily and intuitively detect changes in the internal state of the material,so the study of acoustic emission testing technology for the detection of corrosion tendons can solve the shortcomings of the existing steel corrosion detection technology to achieve the purpose of prestressed concrete structures safety monitoring and forecasting and early warning,has important practical engineering significance.Lead by breaking test to determine the time and velocity parameter settings to ensure the validity of the measured signal rust,set a reasonable threshold to improve the signal to noise ratio,good noise exclusion,while maximizing the signal acquisition to rust.After studying the acoustic emission characteristics by tensioned concrete specimens tendons corrosion process proved acoustic emission technique can detect corrosion tendons signal;draw tendons corrosion process different tensile stress and acoustic emission parameters characteristic of the relationship,but reached a different variation of the acoustic emission phase corrosion parameters.Tensioned prestressed concrete beam at constant load(simulated in-service work state)tendons under the influence of the corrosion process,draw the relationship between the corrosion process and AE parameters passed between the research;early rust acoustic emission test beam parameter variation.By acoustic emission positioning technology positioning tendons rust site proved dimensional linear positioning and location technology used to locate the source of corrosion is possible,at the same time,the linear positioning accuracy than the two-dimensional positioning;linear positioning The history of the development trend of corrosion Figure infer the source location.
