The evaluation of highway operation status and the acquisition of traffic operation status are the basis of traffic operation management and travel information acquisition.The classification and status identification of expressway operation status through a large number of traffic operation data can study the development law of traffic operation status.By identifying the running state of the expressway,the traveler can obtain the relevant road running state information in time to avoid the formation of a larger range of congestion,which is of great significance for the highway operation management.This paper focuses on the classification and identification of highway operation status,according to the actual needs of expressway operation management department,combined with highway traffic parameters,the evaluation index system of expressway operation status,the classification of highway operation status classification and the identification of expressway operation status.Comprehensive evaluation for in-depth research.The experimental model is verified by experimental analysis,which illustrates the feasibility of the research method.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Established an evaluation index system for highway operation status.According to the actual operation demand of expressway,the principle of establishing the index system was established,and the evaluation index of expressway operation was analyzed,and the evaluation index system was determined.Through the analysis of actual data,an index system that satisfies the dynamic evaluation and periodic evaluation is constructed.A comprehensive evaluation method for highway operation status based on Gaussian mixture model(GMM)is proposed.Based on the highway traffic operation data,the GMM-EM algorithm model is used to cluster the data.According to the cluster center and the proportion,the indicators and the overall operation status are graded to discriminate and comprehensively evaluate the running status of the expressway.The highway running state recognition based on the improved local linear reconstruction algorithm(RWI-HLLE)is realized.Based on the improved analysis of LLE algorithm,an incremental Hessian LLE algorithm based on reconstruction weight is proposed.The algorithm is used to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.The RWI-HLLE algorithm is used to identify the running state of the expressway.The scientific and feasibility of the method is verified by actual data.Based on the actual needs of expressway operation management and travel services,combined with the highway traffic operation data,using the theoretical basis of clustering algorithm and manifold learning algorithm,the paper comprehensively analyzes the comprehensive evaluation and state recognition of expressway operation status.The experiment proves the accuracy and practicability of the research results.
