Large menbers of tubes are used in the working plat's hydraulic system of the launching field.There are many faults about design construction and installation etc.And additionally their usage time is long,so there appear faults like cracking and leakagve many times.This report reasearches the existent faults of the tubes in the hydraulic system.It reasearches the reasons causing these faults and their harms to the system and the test missions.It institutes the key quality and safety control measures to the tubes during the installation and usage.And it provides a good way to the tubes' reliability increase reform.The main points of thus paper include the following four aspects:(1)Introduce the background of the topic and combine the research status at home and abroad to analyze the platform system of a space launch site,find out the weak links in the platform system of the launch site and the key issues affecting the safety of the equipment.(2)Starting from the function and control principle of the platform system of the launching plant,its composition and working principle are introduced in detail.(3)Taking the No.1 umbilical tower platform system as an example,the system reliability model is established by analyzing its mission reliability profile and equipment function;and the fault of No.1 umbilical tower platform system since the participation in the joint training mission is qualitatively analyzed.In-depth analysis of the cause is given from the aspects of qualitative analysis,fault screening and weak links.(4)Through the previous analysis,the reliability optimization of the slewing control loop of the umbilical tower platform is optimized and the design optimization scheme is adopted.Through the function analysis of the proportional valve controller,the low temperature improvement method is proposed.Finally,the hydraulic system oil pipeline fault analysis is analyzed and optimized its reliability.This paper mainly analyses the fundamental reasons of the faults existing in the tubes of the pushing-pulling parts in the working plats of the test building and the turning patrs of the umbilical tower.And it brings forward the according improving measures.Once there appear faults in these two systems,the equipments' safety and the test missions' launching flow will be influenced.Through the reforming the bearing force condition of the tubes are improved largely and the usege time and the insuring ability to the test mission are advanced simultaneously.It has important meaning to improve the working realiabilty of the plat's system.
