As a major national infrastructure project, railway construction has attracted much attention because of its many consideration factors, wide range of specialties, high safety and comfort standards.Realizing the intelligent, integrated and modular design of railway route selection is the dream of railway route selection researchers for many years, which is the key to achieve the construction of intelligent railway.Among them, the intelligent design of railway route selection requires that the computer can imitate expert ideas and seek similar information from many design cases. At the same time, the railway selection design in each stage is realized with the help of related algorithms. Therefore,by using modern information technology, especially 3S technology, massive data and cases of route selection can be effectively managed.Based on the theory of multidimensional spatial similarity,an intelligent decision-making method of railway route selection based on case study is designed to realize the intelligent design mode of railway route selection, which is an inevitable trend of the development of railway route selection design technology. Therefore, according to the economic, social and technological factors affecting the route selection design, this paper designs a decision-making index system and corresponding algorithm of multidimensional spatial similarity theory. The corresponding research work is carried out from the aspects of the law of space-time expansion of the railway network, the railway route decision-making and the main technical standards of the route. The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)Multidimensional spatial similarity theory decision index system and algorithms design for intelligent line selectionAccording to the basic requirements of railway route selection design, the main factors considered in each stage and their interaction are analyzed. An intelligent decision-making index system for railway route selection based on multidimensional space similarity theory is constructed, and the corresponding similarity calculation method is designed to realize the similarity measurement calculation between railway route schemes.(2)Study on spatial-temporal similarity of railway network expansionTaking the Gansu province as the research area with "the Belt and Road" and using GIS related functional modules, the time-space relationship between railway network expansion,GDP and population is analyzed. The demand model of railway network construction is established, and the coupling relationship between railway construction scale economic society development is predicted to study the spatial coupling relationship between railway network in Gansu and regional economy at different time nodes. The spatial couplingrelationship between railway network and regional economy in Gansu Province with different time nodes is studied to analyze the interaction between railway network and regional economic development, and the general law of railway network expansion in Gansu Province in a certain period is studied.(3)Selection of route schemes based on multidimensional spatial similarity theoryAccording to the multidimensional spatial similarity theory and the key points of route selection, the main influencing factors are extracted, and the route decision model is constructed by combining the similarity calculation method.Based on GIS,the geographic environment database of the selected area is established, and its spatial analysis and data processing functions are used to quantify the index values and to statistic the influencing factors in this model. The decision-making model is applied to the route selection of Lanzhou-Zhangye Railway to recommend a reasonable route recommendation scheme.(4)Selection of main technical standards for railways based on multidimensional spatial similarity theoryThe influencing factors and mechanism of the main technical standards of the railway are analyzed by collecting a large number of existing routing examples. The main influencing factors are divided into attribute units, the inputting rules collecting the database are designed by the relationship between attribute units and main technical standards, and the case base of main technical standards for routes based on GIS is established. With the help of analysis function and screening algorithm of case base, seeking the highest similarity case matching the newly built project is an important basis for the main standard decision-making.
