| The engine power of Rail Flaw Detection Vehicle will decrease definitely as well as output performance of power unit changes during operation at high altitude area in Golmud-Lahsa railway line,which will reduce traction performance of the whole vehicle.Whether the rail flaw detection vehicle applied in low altitude can meet operation requirements on high altitude line case,specific calculation and checks are required.Under the precondition for clear data that engine power will decrease with the altitude rises,the paper checked and evaluated the traction performance of power unit mounted on through matching traction calculation,and verified and corrected the whole vehicle performance during the vehicle test at plateau area.By MATLAB programming along with existing references,the paper obtained engine external characteristic curve by curve fitting according to discrete external characteristics of engine.Higher order polynomial function of engine external characteristics is gained after auxiliary power and plateau power reduction is deducted.According to matching calculation references of hydraulic transmission at low altitude case,input characteristics of hydraulic transmission at different drive ratio are extracted.Load parabola function was inputted into program,then input characteristic curve when engine and transmission are working at the same time was be drawn.Then the crossing spot of net external characteristic curve and torque convertor pump impeller load parabola will be reached by searching programming method and output characteristic is obtained,also curve will be drawn.Matching performance is evaluated along with input characteristic.Finally dual engine traction characteristic curves at 4500m and 5100m altitudes are drawn by fitting,based on related parameters of vehicle and traction calculation specification with MATLAB conversion of traction performance.When the delivered to customer,the vehicle was tested at plateau area in Golmud-Lhasa line and data was collected.Effective test data was counted and analyzed along with line condition,then matching traction calculation result accuracy is compared and verified. |
