The railway vehicle operation management system is a complete vehicle segment management system developed from the actual operation and maintenance work of the passenger car segment,with the actual use of the maintenance work as the main line,using advanced information tools and platforms.The purpose of the system is to solve the problems of the existing passenger car vehicle staff's scattered operation points,the details of the operation are easy to be overlooked,the real-time requirements are strong,the front and rear communication means are few,and the management personnel are not easy to supervise and check the value of the flight attendants.By implementing well-prepared and rigorous work tasks,each operator can truly develop the standard to ensure the quality and safety of the work.Help flight attendants improve the standardization of operations,eliminate differences between individuals,improve the efficiency and effectiveness of flight attendants through the implementation of standardized operations,improve the efficiency and objectivity of managers,and reduce the occurrence of negligence.Thereby improving the standardization,informationization and professional management level of passenger car vehicle management,and ensuring the safe and high quality operation of the train.This paper takes the operation and maintenance work of Baotou Vehicle Depot of Hohhot Railway Bureau Group as the research object,and focuses on designing the crew operation management terminal(PC end)system by studying the actual work on site and the problems to be solved.Firstly,the status quo of vehicle management system at home and abroad is analyzed.According to the problems existing in the operation management of passenger cars,the demand analysis of bus service maintenance,vehicle crew operation lanagement,system functionality and non-functionality is analyzed,and the functional structure of the system is formed..Secondly,according to the design principle,through comparative analysis,it is determined that the development mode of the overall structure of the crew management system adopts the C/S+B/S(client/server+browser/server)mode to design,and the development mode proposes the server technology.The program and the main technologies used in the system development process are described.Then from the system's basic data management module,crew inspection operation module,crew electronic regulation announcement module,online vocational education module,fault prediction and confirmation module,the main function design of the system,the database technology program,and the logical structure and The conceptual structure performs database design for the main functions.Finally,from the perspective of system implementation,the program code and the actual operation interface are mainly used to describe the implementation of the main functions of the system.The system has been applied in the maintenance and repair work of the vehicle section,the system can meet the needs of production operations,which saves time in various operation links,and facilitates the management persounel to grasp the actual situation of each team in time.It can not only prompt the standardization of the job,but also remind and correct it by the background management personnel when the operation is overdue.It not only helps to improve the qualification rate of staff education and training,but also makes paperless records of various operation records,convenient and quick to inquire.From the technical means to ensure the implementation of the management system,the implementation of standards,so that safety,quality,efficiency and effective protection,to achieve the purpose of the design and development system.
