| The share of building heating energy consumption in the northern region is relatively large,which is related to the success or failure of energy conservation and emission reduction.If you can make full use of renewable clean energy-solar energy,you can effectively reduce the energy consumption of building heating units.Trump wall is a kind of external protection structure of passive solar house,which can effectively use solar energy for passive heating.Up to now,by changing its structural type,Trump wall has been used in various types of buildings.For example,it can be used as a building exterior protection structure,which is of great significance to energy conservation and emission reduction,green building and new rural construction.As one of the effective measures for building solar energy and reducing heating energy consumption,the Trang wall system has received more attention and research,and has achieved some theoretical and practical results.The effect of the passive solar house is closely related to the building structure.The Trang wall ventilation hole is a key component of the heat collecting system,and its structure and its influence on the wall heat collecting performance are worth further exploration.However,to date,the research on improving the heat collecting performance of the Trang wall system by optimizing the vent structure needs to be supplemented.In addition,since the Trang wall model in the numerical simulation research process is relatively simple,the practicability of the existing research results needs further improve.In view of the above reasons,this article through laboratory building experiment platform,improve the strong wall model,numerical simulation of vent structure(including the area,shape,Angle and center distance)and its effect on the wall heating performance relationship are studied,and by using the test data of the actual project to further validate the results of the study.The specific contents are as follows: under the conditions of different ventilation hole area,shape,inclination Angle and the center distance between the upper and lower center of the ventilation hole,the experimental test and numerical simulation are carried out on the solar energy intensity and wall surface temperature inside and outside the glass curtain wall,the inlet and outlet temperature and flow velocity of the air flow through the ventilation hole,the wall surface temperature inside and outside and the air interlayer temperature.The combination of ventilation hole parameters is obtained when the wall has the best heat collecting effect.The convection heating amount and heat conduction heating amount of trump-wall under different working conditions are calculated,and the results show that:1)The heat collecting performance of the Trump wall is affected by the proportion of the vent area.The convective heat supply share increases with the area,the heat conduction and heating share decreases with the area,and the total heat supply is in the vent.The area is the largest when the area of the heat collecting wall is 1.5%.2)The circular venting hole has less air flow resistance than the square venting hole,which can increase the air temperature and the wind speed of the ventilating hole,increase the heat supply,and improve the heating efficiency of the heat collecting and accumulating wall.3)The difference of the venting angle of the ventilating hole can change the heat of the Trang basin and affect the air flow resistance.The heating efficiency is best when the venting angle is 25°.4)The selection of the center distance of the upper and lower ventilation holes has a great influence on the heating effect of the Trang wall and the indoor temperature.Although increasing the center distance of the ventilating hole can increase the temperature difference between the upper and lower orifices and the wind speed,and increase the heat supply,the excessively high venting holes are arranged,causing hot air to collect on the roof,which is not conducive to the increase of room temperature.Therefore,consider the ventilation.For the flow effect of the hot air in the hole,the center distance of the vent hole should be selected at an appropriate distance. |
