With the rapid development of automobile industry at home and abroad, people have higher and higher requirements on driving comfort.User demand is the driving force of enterprises,so the production of quiet and comfortable cars has become the goal of many automobile manufacturers.Good performance of NVH(Noise,Vibration and Harshness)is a manifestation of the competitiveness of automobile enterprises. Therefore, various domestic and foreign automobile companies have invested a large amount of manpower and material resources into the research and development of NVH,increasing the funds of NVH performance research and development to improve the overall NVH performance of automobile.Among them, the car noise is a kind of abnormal noise that makes people feel bored and uncomfortable, and it is a kind of NVH problem of the car, which is easy to cause users' complaints and dissatisfaction. Therefore,it is very meaningful to solve the problem of automobile noise.Based on a passenger car gearbox near the noise problem as an example, introduces in detail to the problem of processing auto harshness(NVH)processes, from finding harshness(NVH)problems, determine the severity problem, formulate corrective goal, find the root cause, make improvement scheme, through to the final test, the details of each stage harshness(NVH)working content and methods and key points for attention. At the same time, three common methods in the field of automobile NVH are described, which are reducing excitation, improving transmission path and acoustic packaging.By effectively solving the problem of noise near the gearbox of passenger cars,a set of practical and effective rectification ideas are provided for solving the problem of noise of similar vehicles in the future.
