With the advancement of science and the development of information technology,the manufacturing industry is increasingly approaching agile,intelligent and flexible production methods,bringing unprecedented challenges and opportunities for manufacturing companies.At the same time,the importance of workshop logistics has become more and more high.As the main carrier of logistics and transportation,AGV plays an important role in the actual production of modern intelligent manufacturing.To this end,this paper mainly studies the AGV’s job scheduling strategy and path planning algorithm.Firstly,combined with the research results at home and abroad,the existing AGV scheduling algorithm is studied and analyzed in detail,and the key technologies used in the scheduling are also analyzed and explained.Secondly,the task assignment problem of AGV system is taken as the main research line.The problem of task balance scheduling and path planning is taken as the goal.The task assignment strategy and path planning strategy of AGV are analyzed.The task assignment of the system follows the FCFS(first come,first)scheduling criteria,that is,the tasks are sorted according to the order of the orders.And by setting constraints and optimizing the task sequence,the relative balance of the AGV trolley transportation task is improved.Path planning uses the shortest route as the target,and speed adjustment and path adjustment are used to achieve obstacle avoidance.Then,through the research and analysis of the actual scene of the AGV operation,the improved genetic algorithm is used for job scheduling.The solution process of the whole genetic algorithm is described in detail,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by MATLAB simulation.Finally,based on the functional requirements and modular design principles of the AGV dispatching system,the functional modules of the AGV dispatching system are described,the workflow of the AGV scheduling is planned,and the design of the database design and scheduling management software functional module interface iscarried out.The results of AGV trolley operation scheduling and path planning studied in this paper have become the main functions of MES system,and are implemented and applied in many intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
