With the successive advent of piezoelectric nano generator(PENG)and triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG),the harvest of ambient mechanical energy has become more high-efficient,low-lost and simpler for self-powered systems.This paper innovatively designs and implements two kinds of nanogenerators based on the application background of rail transit and bionic micro aerial vehicle,and achieves excellent device performance.The main work of this paper includes:Firstly,considering the application background of railway structural health monitoring,this paper have realized a self-powered triboelectric nano vibration accelerometer,namely TEVA.The prototype of the TEVA is demonstrated and characterized through the railway vibration simulation platform.It has been testified that TEVA can successfully harvest the low frequency vibration energy and convert it to electrical power to achieve the self-powered vibration acceleration monitoring system.The output current and voltage of TEVA are also sensitive to the vibration acceleration from 1.07m/s2 to 1.25m/s2 linearly.Hence it can be used as a self-powered nano vibration accelerator for the fault diagnosis.In addition,the generated electricity is used for charging the lithium battery(from 1.5V to 3.1V)which supplies power to the ZigBee module.The temperature and humidity are 22 degree Celsius and 35%RH respectively.Secondly,the development and application of bionic micro aerial vehicle(BMAV)in military surveillance or environmental monitoring are greatly limited due to the excessive power load of BMAV itself.So,in this paper,we demonstrate a hybrid flexible nanogenerator(HFNG)based on the combination of triboelectric and piezoelectric devices in BMAV to collect the flapping mechanical energy together.It not only can sustain the BMAV itself,but also make the BMAV intelligent to monitor the changes of specific environmental factors.The newly designed HFNG can produce a maximum open-circuit voltage of 80V,short-circuit current of 3.0?A with the instantaneous output power density of 34.1mW/m2 when the flapping frequency of BMAV(f)is 14 Hz.The rectified output of HFNG has been applied to charge the commercial capacitor,rechargeable battery and drive light-emitting diodes.In addition,this paper also proves that HFNG can be used to test the lift of BMAV when it integrates with BMAV wing,so we establish a theoretical relationship model between piezoelectric charge and lift.The lift can be calculated by piezoelectric charge measured by experiment.HFNG can also be a sensor,the output peak voltage of HFNG have been proved to be linearly sensitive to temperature,humidity,alcohol concentration and PM2.5 in the environment.
