Nowadays,with the rapid development of society and the increasing demand for energy,efficient utilization has become an inevitable trend for people to study.Communication power supply plays an extremely important role in people's lives.It is necessary to maintain safe and reliable operation and ensure the function of communication system.This paper studies the perforaiance optimization of the rectifier module of the communication power supply,namely the communication high frequency switching power supply,which is helpful to develop the communication switching power supply with high efficiency and high power density,and is of great significance to economic and social benefits.Starting from the components of high frequency switching power supply for communication,this paper analyses the problems and shortcomings in the circuit in detail,and puts forward the improvement scheme.The power supply performance is optimized by improving the circuit topology,optimizing the key device parameters and improving the control method.In the power factor correction part,because the traditional boost PFC is in hard switching mode,there is switching loss and the reliability of the circuit is poor,the soft switching mode of boost circuit is realized by adding passive lossless buffer network,thus reducing switching loss and improving the reliability of the circuit by adding protection circuit.In the phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS circuit,due to the loss of duty cycle of the secondary side and parasitic oscillation of the secondary side rectifier diode in the traditional phase-shifted full-bridge circuit,the current multiplier rectifier circuit is adopted to solve the problem by adding a capacitor to the primary side,which improves the utilization of the power supply.Because conventional PI control can not adjust PI parameters online and has poor adaptability to the environment,the better performance of switching power supply is obtained by using fuzzy adaptive PI controller instead of conventional PI controller.The fuzzy controller is designed in detail by MATLAB software,and the Simulink model of phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS circuit is built to simulate the fuzzy PI control.Compared with the traditional PI control,the results show the superiority of the fuzzy PI controller.The whole power supply is designed,and an active power factor correction circuit prototype is made for experimental analysis.The experimental results show that the theoretical analysis is correct.
