"People take food as the day,and food as the first." In the period of rapid development of China's economy and people's livelihood in the 21 new century,the grain industry is still the vital industry for the guarantee of national security,which is not only related to the power source of the steady development of the country,but also closely related to the living standard.At present,the existing building silos in China are basically used for storing food,involving less bulk grain storage,and are all ground space storage,so there will cause the problem of the low ratio of land using and not conducive to bulk,bulk unloading,bulk transport,bulk storage operations.Semi-underground bulk grain building warehouse is a new type of granary with great value for popularization.Semi-underground bulk grain building warehouse has high height,large span,and with the increase of each layer of grain building warehouse,the underground part of the food height will be higher.The problem of accessing to food needs to find a convenient,simple,and reasonable formation.In a floor under a floor of the equipment mezzanine can not only meet the requirement of the above floor of the grain,but also to meet the requirement of technique in transporting grains in the underground part of the granary.At the same time it also can meet the requirement of the food and exit equipment,the movement of operators,normal work and so on.Due to the traditional reinforced concrete floor and steel slab has a series of self-defects and environmental protection problems,such as heavy mass,not conducive to environmental protection and energy saving,bad corrosion resistance and so on.Thus the use of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene plastic plate as bulk grain building warehouse equipment sandwich floor of the new material solution is proposed.Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene plastic has super wear resistance,impact resistance,its own strength,light weight is the advantages of other engineering plastics can not be compared.Using ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis,experimental study and regression analysis method,this paper makes a reasonable choice of the size of plastic with ribs section,the spacing of ribs and the thickness of plastic plate.And further study of the relationship between the deflection value of force deformation affecting plastic ribbed plate and the influencing factors under normal use condition.In a certain range,the calculation and mathematical expression between the displacement value of bending deflection and the influencing factors of plastic plate are obtained,which provides some theoretical and technical support for the structural design selection of plastic ribbed slab in practical engineering.The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)Combining with the actual engineering situation and the mechanical performance state of the floor,a feasible engineering plastics used in underground bulk grain building warehouse equipment sandwich floor can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation stability under normal use condition;(2)In this paper,the study of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene plastic plate was used to increase ribs to improve the capacity of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene plastic plate bearing force deformation,and the influence of three factors of plastic plate thickness,addition ribs section size and rib spacing on the bending bearing deformation capacity of plastic ribbed slab was studied;(3)On the basis of experiment and numerical simulation,using mathematical analysis and regression analysis to find out the law between the influencing factors and the deflection value of the bending deformation of the plastic ribbed plate,the mathematical expression of the influence of the thickness of the plastic plate,the spacing,width and height on the bending deformation of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene plastic plate in a certain range is obtained.According to the expression,the structure design of the sandwich slab of plastic equipment can be carried out in a certain range.
