At present,the development of low-carbon economy has been valued and developed by all countries,especially the promotion of new energy projects to the strategic height of the country.Among the major new energy power generation projects,nuclear power projects have developed rapidly in recent years and have become one of the cores of China's new energy power generation project industry.As the scale of investment in nuclear power projects continues to increase,its economic analysis has increasingly become the focus of academic and industrial attention.Therefore,the economic analysis of nuclear power projects will help the relevant departments to develop corresponding operational plans,consolidate the operational base and improve operational efficiency.This paper first introduces the development status of global new energy projects,and summarizes the economics and operation mode of new energy power generation projects as a whole,highlights the technical and economic analysis of China's nuclear power projects,and establishes an evaluation model using system dynamics methods.Taking Qinshan and Sanmen nuclear power plants as examples,the output power generation cost,pollution emission and energy consumption of nuclear power plants are compared.Taking Qinshan and Sanmen nuclear power plants as examples,the output indicators of nuclear power plants such as power generation cost,pollution emission and energy consumption are analyzed in detail,and the influence degree of different input variables on these indicators is given,and Qinshan and Sanmen nuclear power plant has been compared.Operational optimization model based on multi-objective programming is proposed,which realizes multi-objective equilibrium optimization example analysis of internal revenue,pollution emission and energy consumption of new energy nuclear power project,and proposes corresponding optimization suggestions.This paper analyzes the economics of nuclear power projects based on multidisciplinary and multi-theoretical foundations,and conducts detailed research and discussion on nuclear power projects in China.The conclusions of the output combined with the actual situation in China will provide reference for the operation of nuclear power projects and provide decision-making.In addition,when analyzing the economics of nuclear power projects,the research methods and approaches provided by this paper have a good match.While promoting the healthy and sustainable development of nuclear power projects and new energy power generation projects,it can be used for subsequent areas.
