Thermal power generation is one of the most important power generation methods in the current power industry,which plays an important role in the construction of national production and life.In the current thermal power plants,wet desulfurization technology is used to reduce smoke pollution.It is easy to produce strong acid liquid corrosive to the inner wall of the chimney and danger to the safe production of thermal power.Due to the size of the chimney and other difficulties,thermal power plants use manual to detect the corrosion degree of the inner wall of the chimney at present.This paper conducted the research about inner wall image acquisition devices,data relay and transmission method,internal positioning and control method based on quadrotor UAVs aimed to collect the image of the chimney.The main work of this paper as follows:(1)An automatic acquisition method of the interior image of the chimney is proposed in tis article,and designed the devices of quadrotor UAV which related to positioning control and image acquisition.Established the mathematical model of the quadrotor UAV,which provides theoretical basis for the research of the algorithm of positioning and control.(2)A chimney internal image acquisition device and a data relay device suitable for the internal image acquisition of chimney are designed according to the acquisition target and task based on the related theories and technologies of UAV.(3)Designed positioning algorithm,auxiliary height measure method,fuzzy position control algorithm for the quadrotor UAVs according to the acquisition scheme in this paper.Verified algorithms and test the images acquisition method and system after integrating the devices and the algorithm program.
